We the concerned citizens of Northeast Pasco County have signed this petition to protect the over development of our community. 

The division of the land at Power Line Road and Christian Road, now zoned AC-10 acres and AG-5 acres, will go before the County Commissioners on Tuesday June 13th at 6:30 p.m. at the old courthouse in downtown Dade City, for their decision to change this property zoning to put 95 homes there.  If this passes it will set a precedence for other large parcels of land to also be sold and over developed.

Please - please be present at his meeting on Tuesday June 13th at 6:30 p.m.  The more people that are there will better our chance of vetoing this plan.
